An illustrative five-facility pallet program, showing how connected ordering, deliveries, and returns can work together.
The challenge
Five distribution centers ordering from four pallet vendors through phone calls, text threads, and a shared spreadsheet — with no shared record of what was ordered, delivered, or owed. Damaged pallets piled up with no credit path.
The MyPallets flow
Facilities, vendors, and drivers joined one network. Orders moved through the connected lifecycle — New Order to Paid — with trailer-level dispatch detail, delivery confirmations, and a designated return trailer for Grade B swaps at each site.
The result
Ordering calls nearly vanished, every invoice traced to a confirmed delivery, and damaged pallets started earning credits instead of taking up yard space. Finance closed the month from one statement instead of four inboxes.
